About Me
I will never forget it. I was 19 working as a secretary for an agency in Washington, DC. My first week, I was scheduled for a computer class to learn the agency's applications. This included a word processing application and a spreadsheet application. The instructor provided lectures and hands-on activities. She was energetic and patient with her students. As I watched her, I thought, I would love to do that! A year later, she resigned, and her position became available. I applied, and the rest is history.

Bringing training alive, engaging with organizations and learners, understanding your needs, and focusing on developing and delivering content to meet these needs is extremely fulfilling. Designing training on a new subject or updating content is always exciting, and that is why I have been in this business for many years and will continue providing organizations with my knowledge and expertise. Training and development is a career path that has never gotten old.
